How design ability anxiety leads to design students' dependence on artificial intelligence? Internship and professional identity, feedback and evaluation mechanisms, and the role of innovative mindset
I Am Match with Teams
As diversity becomes more widespread within teams, it is crucial to examine the dynamics of person-team fit and its effect on team creativity. By exploring the interplay between complementary fit and supplementary fit, this study aims to shed light on how these two dimensions of person-team fit contribute to the creative processes within teams based on the optimal distinctiveness theory (ODT). A two-wave field survey was conducted among 363 front…

The Sexual Double Standard and Adolescent Stigma
This study applied a sociometric approach to examine the traditional sexual double standard within a sample of Dutch adolescents (N = 1,175; 53.8% females; Mage = 14.75). Resul…
Romance matters
We examined the influence of romantic relationships on the formation and dissolution of adolescent friendships with a longitudinal network sample (N = 133) from age 14 to 15. Using a dynamic, network statistical model (i.e., STERGM), we found that engagement in a romantic relationship shaped friendship homophily over time, with daters becoming friends with other daters, and singles forming friendships with other singles. Partnered adolescents wer…
Disentangling the Folklore Hairball
The ATU tale type index and the Motif Index of Folk-Literature have formed the basis for many comparative folktale studies. While the indices have been used extensively for the study of small groups of folktales and their associated motifs, there have been few attempts of describing a large linguistically and culturally unified corpus through its indexing. The study corpus consists of 2,606 folktales collected by Evald Tang Kristensen in nineteen…
