Reflexive Uses of Traces in Computer Environments for Supporting Human Learning. Instrumented learning situations are more and more frequent. In digital environments that support human learning, user actions may be recorded by the system, which makes possible the use of " interaction traces". These traces are used by adaptive systems for customizing activities or for giving advises to learners. Traces can also be used for observations or pedagogical monitoring uses. But the latest research shows that traces can also be used to support key processes in human learning : the reflexive processes
