This article aims to understand the dilemmas of a music teacher's practice in a Montessori school. The research sought to understand this music work. Studies by Montessori (1965; 1984; 1987), Fernandes (2020), and Pollard (1993) contributed to the discussions. Methodologically, the qualitative investigation (Bogdan & Biklen, 1994) was based on the analysis of lesson diaries (Zabalza, 1994), reflecting teaching dilemmas. For analysis, two dimensions were organized: Montessori Method and Pedagogical Action. This article will consider the prepared environment, kindness, musical perception, behavior, and training. The results indicate that musicalization, in this context, fosters sensitive, integrated practices aligned with Montessori principles
