Antecedentes na intenção de recompra em agências de viagem com lojas físicas e virtuais

Objetivo: Identificar a influência dos antecedentes percepção de valor (qualidade, emoção, preço e reputação), confiança (empresa e terceiros) e necessidade de interação na intenção de recompra, considerando uma comparação entre agências de viagens em relação às lojas físicas e on-line.Metodologia/Abordagem: Foi realizada uma pesquisa com 155 respondentes. A técnica estatística utilizada foi Modelagem de Equações Estruturais (MEE) por meio da qual o modelo conceitual foi testado. Originalidade/Relevância: Em um ambiente de mercado competitivo, com a decorrência das tecnologias e a incidência do surto de COVID-19, é importante identificar os elementos que incidem na realização de novas compras em players que possuem lojas físicas e virtuais, bem como a preferência dos usuários.Resultados: Os resultados sugerem que a percepção de valor tenha maior peso na recompra, considerando a possibilidade de negociações e do conhecimento sobre a empresa como fatores fundamentais para o comportamento de novas compras.Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: Os elementos relacionados ao preço possuem maior influência na intenção de recompra em lojas com formato físico. O estudo mostra que aspectos emocionais têm maior influência na intenção de recompra em lojas no formato virtual, além de sugerir que a qualidade e a confiança em terceiros não seja mais uma barreira no ambiente virtual com base no comportamento de recompra
