This text written by three teachers-researchers is an essay, both in terms of its writing style and method (ADORNO, 2003; BONDÍA, 2003), and in its perspective as an event of/in the body, as a force disruptive to enhance a sensitive education (Duarte Júnior, 2000). It is from these dimensions that we reflect on and present the "Sensitive Invitations to Move": a pedagogical resource, designed to be an aesthetic experience, which we co-created to compose the set of activities of the curricular component "Seminar 9", of the course of Pedagogy of the public university of Rio de Janeiro to which we are linked. With them, we wanted to guarantee spaces for movement and other experiences with corporeality, together with students, even in the face of the remote circumstance imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic
