A group of teachers from one elementary school were offered a college credit course on transactional analysis. Another school was used as a control group and pre and post data were collected on specific teacher attitudes and behaviors. As compared with the control teachers, the experimental ones increased their “OKness” scores and decreased their “Not OKness” scores. The experimental teachers also significantly increased in self-awareness and satisfaction with teaching
