This research is carried out in the analysis of actions launched from the different actors involved in the implementation and development of the experiments carried out, in order to determine the extent and intensity of didactic interaction. With this objective is an approach to the current situation TIC, ePortfolio and the use of radio and television media in secondary education emphasizing the tools and qualitative didactic, results in the development of didactic interaction has increased as the students developed and applied new methodological strategies in the use of ICT and ePortfolio, this leads us to evaluate and make suggestions that will improve the quality of education competition and growth of "information processing and digital competence" in relation to the learning interaction
